Yes. GoPhish meets the CAPG eligibility requirements for employer-sponsored workforce training delivered by a qualified third-party trainer.

Third-party trainer
WILDCARD is an external training provider, not your internal team.
Structured curriculum
GoPhish has defined learning objectives, a course description, and measurable outcomes.
Alberta employees
CAPG covers training for employees who work in Alberta.
Per-attendee invoicing
We issue an itemized invoice per attendee, which is what CAPG requires for the reimbursement calculation.

You submit the application. We provide everything you need to file. CAPG recommends applying 30+ days out as a buffer — the hard rule is training can't start before your application status shows "Application Received." Full step-by-step: CAPG application guide →

1
Book your session first
Lock in a date with us through the booking link. You need a confirmed session date to complete the CAPG application.
2
Set up your Alberta.ca account
Create an Alberta.ca Account for Organizations if you don't have one. Allow 3–5 business days for approval — don't leave this to the last minute.
3
Submit your attendee list
Submitting your list at booking triggers your filing package automatically — course description, learning objectives, trainer credentials, and your itemized payment receipt.
4
Submit your application
File on the Alberta.ca portal, ideally 30+ days before your session. You'll need your business registration number, WCB account number, and employee names for each trainee. Training can't start until the status shows "Application Received."
5
Run the session, then claim within 30 days
After your GoPhish session, submit your Training Completion form with your payment receipt and attendance confirmation — within 30 days, or you risk losing the reimbursement.

Common Questions

What is CAPG?

The Canada-Alberta Productivity Grant reimburses Alberta employers 50% of eligible GoPhish costs (up to $5,000/trainee/year), or 75% (up to $10,000) for a qualifying new hire — capped at $100,000 per employer per year. CAPG recommends applying 30+ days before your session as a buffer; the hard rule is training can't start before your application status shows "Application Received." Afterward, submit your Training Completion form within 30 days or risk losing the reimbursement — CAPG doesn't publish a fixed payout turnaround.

What happens during a GoPhish session?

A 75-minute facilitator-led run through 13 real attack scenarios, plus a warm-up trivia game and a debrief with action sheets.
